Dimitris Managoudis is a Mechanical Engineer Specializing in Energy Sector, holds a Msc in Energy and Environmental Investments, registered in the Register of Construction Experience for Electromechanical Projects. Energy inspector in buildings and installations for heating and air conditioning and a certified I-NDT level thermography assessor by the Infraspection Institute. He is a Certified Project Manager since 2009 & PM4SD Sustainable Project Manager, APMG-international.

Sustainable Construction Certification, Inspection & Design Inspector certified by the DGNB German Council Deutsche Gesellschaft für Nachhaltiges Bauen, as well as a member of the DGNB International Board, responsible for developing the DGNB certification system and adapting it to national standards.

Since 2009, he has served as General Manager at ICON GROUP (www.iconstruction.gr), Executive Director of the Hellenic Sustainable Buildings Council of Greece (SBC GREECE, www.sbcgreece.org) recognized by the World Agency (WorldGBC) from 2013 to 2013 2016 and elected Vice President of SBC GREECE since 2017. In the last two years, he served as the Company’s Chief Coordinator, as a Partner in the European LIFE Program 09ENV / GR / 000296. As part of the program, he coordinated as the Administrator the company’s actions for the design, construction and implementation of RES applications. He is an active member of the American ASHRAE Hellenic Chapter. He has extensive experience in the management and execution of public and private electromechanical engineering projects (more than 15 years).

He has experience in crisis management and staffing, has a degree in Advanced Negotiations II negotiation from the Greek Institute of Negotiations. He is an excellent user of English language, an independent user of Italian as well as an excellent computer user.
